Kronos (UKG) Consultant with expertise in Workforce Management solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Time &

- Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Dimensions/Workforce Central, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.

- Manage Timekeeping, Attendance, Scheduling, Accruals, and Workforce configurations.

- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and Dell Boomi.

- Configure HyperFind Queries, Workforce Genies, Calendars, and Security Profiles.

- Support payroll interfaces and workforce data integrations.

- Perform requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and production support.
