Role & responsibilities

Manager, Training - Tied Agency- Vijayawada Kotak Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities -

a) To manage training and development objectives of mapped employees and cluster.

b) To ensure optimal training coverage to realized desired sales and product mix objectives.

c) To plan training calendar and ensure execution as per plan and training needs and agreed agenda for month.

d) Provide detailed training for both Advisors and employees.

e) New product explaination

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with excellent communication skills . Experienced qualified with 3-5 years experience.
