**We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Kitchen Intern to join our culinary team at Belle Patisserie.
What You’ll Do
- Assist chefs with mise-en-place and food preparation
- Support daily kitchen and catering production
- Learn professional cooking techniques, recipes and kitchen systems
- Assist with events and live counters when required
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Participate in new dish and recipe trials
Who We’re Looking For
- Culinary Arts / Hotel Management students or recent graduates
- Passionate about food and eager to learn
- Hardworking, disciplined and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attitude and robust team player
Hands-on exposure across catering, events, production and menu development.**
