About the Role

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to drive business growth across leading marketplace and quick-commerce platforms. The role will focus on sales growth, account management, campaigns, commercial negotiations, and overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue, GMV, orders & category growth across marketplaces and Q-commerce.
- Manage key relationships with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Meesho, etc.




- Develop monthly/quarterly business plans, sales forecasts & AOPs.
- Plan and manage platform campaigns, promotions, visibility & media spends.
- Track ROAS, AOV, conversion, traffic, profitability & sales performance.
- Manage pricing, offers, inventory, listings and product availability.
- Coordinate with supply chain, operations, finance and marketing teams for smooth execution.
- Identify new platform opportunities, launches, assortment expansion and business growth areas.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports with actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

- Graduate, MBA in Marketing/E-commerce preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Marketplace, E-commerce or Quick Commerce.
- Strong experience in key account management, sales targets and commercial negotiations.
- Good understanding of marketplace advertising, campaigns and platform dashboards.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Beauty/FMCG/D2C experience will be an added advantage.
