This role takes on the originate LOS product, with a core mandate to enable its go-to-market (GTM).
Key Areas
- Configurable platform: a highly configurable product that can take any journey, for any lending product, live within a 60-day window.
- Multi-market: built to work across India, East Africa, and Sri Lanka, handling market-specific regulation, workflow, and localisation.
- GTM enablement: launch readiness, covering partner and lender onboarding, demos, documentation, and time-to-live.
- Roadmap and prioritisation: product direction driven by adoption, configurability, and speed to launch.
- Cross-functional delivery: working with engineering, design, and business to turn market needs into specs and ship on timelines.
- Metrics and outcomes: time-to-live, configuration effort, and cross-market adoption used to steer the roadmap.
Who You Need To Be
- 3+ years of experience in product management. FinTech experiences a strong plus.
- B2B Experience Mandatory.
- Preferred Industry: SaaS / Fintech.
- Experience creating and contributing to product roadmap and evangelizing the product vision.
- Experience working directly and cross-functionally with engineers, other product managers, and related stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Robust work ethic. Self-starting personality with the ability to solve problems and develop creative solutions. Works well and stays focused under little supervision.
