You will create compelling brand and marketing assets while helping us improve how creative work is produced and delivered. /n This role is for someone who actively explores new tools, experiments with AI-assisted workflows, and can connect tools through Model Context Protocol (MCP), APIs, plugins, or automation platforms to improve quality, consistency, and speed. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Create brand assets, digital advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, campaign visuals, and print-ready layouts.

/n

- Translate creative briefs, rough ideas, and business requirements into transparent visual concepts and polished designs.

/n

- Use Figma as the primary workspace for design creation, collaboration, prototyping, feedback, and handoff.

/n

- Maintain consistent typography, colors, imagery, components, and visual styles across company communications.

/n

- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, visual exploration, copy assistance, production support, and repetitive design tasks.

/n

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce turnaround time without compromising creative quality.

/n

- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers,



project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

/n

- Present design decisions clearly to both creative and non-design team members.

/n

- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and refine designs through multiple review cycles.

- Prepare and deliver production-ready files for digital and print use.

- Stay current with emerging design practices, AI capabilities, plugins, and creative technologies.

/n /n /n Required Skills and Qualifications /n /n

- 1–2 years of professional experience in visual design, graphic design, basic video editing, brand design, or a related role.

/n

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, shared libraries, and prototyping.

/n

- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and Video editing.

/n

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative or productivity tools.

/n

- A degree, diploma, or certificate in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field or equivalent professional experience supported by a strong portfolio.

/n /n /n Preferred Qualifications /n /n

- Experience with AI image-generation and creative tools such as Magnific, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

- Experience connecting Figma with AI, content, development, or project-management tools.

/n

- Experience creating or maintaining brand guidelines and design systems.

- Basic motion graphics, video-editing, or animation skills.
