We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Medical Virtual Assistant / Live Scribe to support US-based healthcare providers with virtual patient consultations, EMR documentation, patient coordination, and administrative workflows.

Junior Medical Virtual Assistant / Live Medical Scribe

Work Schedule

- Must be comfortable working according to US time zones
- Rotational shifts may be assigned
- Evening/night shifts may be required
- Shift timings may change based on patient volume, provider schedules, and operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Provide live scribing support during virtual patient consultations
- Accurately document patient history, symptoms, assessments, treatment plans, and provider instructions in the EMR
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records
- Handle secure patient communication through phone, email, and patient portals
- Assist with lab and Creyos follow-ups and patient reminders
- Support providers with real-time charting and workflow coordination
- Assist with patient intake, history collection, and care coordination
- Prepare documents, reports,



trackers, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with providers and internal team members
- Identify and suggest workflow improvements

Compliance & Data Privacy

Candidates must understand the importance of:

- HIPAA compliance
- Patient confidentiality
- Secure handling of PHI
- Proper EMR documentation
- Maintaining patient data privacy and security

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in medical billing, medical assisting, medical scribing, RCM, or healthcare administration is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent typing and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working with EMR systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced healthcare environment
- Willingness to work rotational/night shifts
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
