Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.)
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Follow up with prospects to close sales
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always mandatory)
- 0–5years of experience in tele sales, banking, or financial services
- Solid verbal communication and persuasion skills
