Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Junior Social Media and Client Servicing Executive. The role involves assisting in managing social media accounts, coordinating content calendars, and supporting the creation and posting of engaging content across platforms. The executive will collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered on time.

Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with clients, preparing basic presentations and reports, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring timely responses to client queries. The role also requires maintaining organized documentation, helping with meeting scheduling,



and supporting smooth execution of brand campaigns and social media activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage ongoing communication and build strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to respond promptly and effectively to client needs, feedback, and queries.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to help oversee project deliverables, timelines, and coordination between internal teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in Presentations to assist in preparing client decks, campaign summaries, and performance reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and interest in digital marketing and content trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
