About the Role

Eminentsoft Technologies is looking for a Junior Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry to join our Sales & Business Development team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, a good understanding of IT services, and the ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.

Fluency in English is compulsory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, online platforms, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their business and technology requirements.
- Promote and explain Eminentsoft Technologies' services, including Web Development, Software Development, ERP, CRM, Mobile App Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Branding.
- Conduct sales calls, online meetings, and client presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Manage leads and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing leads to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with the technical, design, digital marketing, and project teams to understand and communicate project requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Research competitors, market trends, and potential client segments.




- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in IT sales, business development, or software/technology services.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal fluency is compulsory.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation is preferred.
- Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
