- Cover local news, events, civic issues, government activities, and community developments through field reporting.
- Identify and develop recent and relevant local story ideas.
- Visit locations, meet sources, conduct interviews, and collect information for news stories.
- Build and maintain relationships with local sources, officials, institutions, and community members.
- Verify facts and ensure accuracy before submitting stories.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging news reports within deadlines.
- Attend press conferences, events, and important local developments as required.
- Monitor local happenings and emerging issues to identify potential stories.
- Coordinate with the editorial team for story planning and coverage.
- Be comfortable with extensive field movement across Khandwa and nearby areas.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
