We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to join an ANRF-sponsored research project in the Department of Civil Engineering at BITS Pilani.
The selected candidate will work on the cutting-edge research area of Suction–Stiffness–Microstructure Coupling in Unsaturated Soils, with opportunities to explore soil suction, unsaturated soil behaviour, soil stabilisation, dynamic testing, microstructural characterisation, and advanced geotechnical experimentation.
The position offers an prospect to work in a dynamic and collaborative research environment equipped with advanced experimental facilities, world-class infrastructure, SATHI-supported research facilities, and a vibrant community of research scholars and faculty mentors.
Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering
GATE: Preferred, but not mandatory for an exceptional candidate
Fellowship: ₹37,000/month for the first two years and ₹42,000/month thereafter.
