Role Description The Junior Recruitment Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves supporting the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. The associate will screen applications, conduct initial candidate interactions, and maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

They will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, schedule interview panels, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.



The role also includes assisting with onboarding activities and helping improve recruitment processes and tools as the organization grows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational recruiting and hiring skills, including coordinating job posts and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess interviewing and screening skills to assess candidate suitability and align profiles with role requirements.
- Candidates should possess basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools, and an interest in social media or digital community platforms, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment and maintain a professional, inclusive approach to all candidates.
