About the Role

Wizpro is looking for a Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations, project coordination, procurement, material movement, documentation and internal/external coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational and project-related activities.
- Coordinate with Projects, Sales, Finance, Software and Management teams.
- Track tasks, workflows, materials, inventory, dispatches and deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, clients and service providers.
- Support procurement, quotation follow-ups, vendor onboarding and delivery tracking.
- Maintain MIS, reports, trackers and operational documentation.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Support project logistics, material movement and site requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and support process improvements.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining operational/project management tools.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Robust follow-up,



ownership and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Zoho CRM and Tally is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation), Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Administration.
- Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
- Experience in Technology, Industrial Automation, RFID, Machine Vision, AIDC, or ITS will be an advantage.
