Roles and Responsibilities :
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems in the resin plant.
Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, reactors, compressors, gearboxes, and heat exchangers.
Coordinate maintenance during shutdowns and turnarounds with production and EHS teams.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or modifications.
*Hands-on experience with pumps, agitators, valves, and pressure vessels
- Proficient in SAP PM or other ERP
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of agitators, conveyors, gear boxes, mixers, reactors, vacuum pumps, and other mechanical components.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques using problem-solving skills.
