Job Summary This role involves providing IT support, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems and peripherals, responding to service requests, and assisting with network connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals, and standard software.
- Respond to and resolve IT service requests and incidents within established service levels.
- Support users with system access, password resets, account configuration, and basic application issues.
- Perform basic network connectivity troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi-Fi,



and workstation connectivity.
- Assist in monitoring IT equipment and identifying recurring technical problems.

Required Qualifications

- First Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of one year of relevant working experience.

Required Skills And Competencies

- Diagnosing and resolving PC, laptop, printer, scanner, and peripheral issues.
- Operating Systems: Windows installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and basic administration.
- IT Service Desk / Ticketing: incident logging, tracking, prioritization, resolution, and escalation.
