About Nudge Studio /n We're a Mumbai-based branding and creative strategy studio working with real estate developers, D2C brands, and founders who care about how their business can become a brand. Our work spans brand identity, brand strategy, packaging and wayfinding design for renowned firms across Mumbai. If you're the kind of person who reworks a design five times because some small detail bothered you about the fourth version, you'll fit in here. /n /n What you'll actually do /n /n

- Ideate on brand strategy and direction.

/n

- Support brand identity projects, from mood boards to final assets.

/n

- Work on layouts for decks, social content, and print collateral.

/n

- Assist with production coordination for shoots and brand films.

/n

- Sit in on client and creative reviews, and learn how a studio actually runs a project end to end.

/n /n /n This isn't a "make 10 Instagram tiles a day" role. You'll be close to real client work, real deadlines, and real feedback.



/n /n What we're looking for /n /n

- A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what software you know.

/n

- Working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, After effects & Photoshop.

/n

- An eye for typography, layouts, and colour.

/n

- Confident with motion graphics.

/n

- Comfortable taking direction and comfortable pushing back with a reason.

/n

- Based in or able to commute to Mumbai.
