Job Summary

The Junior Executive – Projects will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of interior and exterior landscaping projects. The role involves site supervision, coordination with vendors and clients, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality standards, and supporting timely project completion while adhering to safety and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the execution of interior and exterior landscaping projects.

- Coordinate with vendors, supervisors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

- Conduct site inspections and verify site readiness before installation.

- Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.

- Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory records at site.

- Ensure proper installation of plants, planters, irrigation systems, green walls, and hardscape elements as per approved drawings.

- Perform quality inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.

- Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and project documentation.

- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve site-related issues.





- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and housekeeping standards at project sites.

- Support project handover and resolve snag items within the stipulated timeline.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, irrigation systems, and hardscape works.

- Ability to read landscape drawings and layouts.

- Positive communication and coordination skills.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualification

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in landscaping, construction, interior fit-outs, or related project execution.

- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply.
