T-Hub Junior Fellow Program
Building future leaders in the startup ecosystem
A two-year, full time, paid program for high-potential early-career professionals - an immersive apprenticeship at the World's Largest Home for Startups. What is the Junior Fellow Program?
The Junior Fellow Program is a selective two-year, full-time, paid program that puts early-career professionals inside India's startup ecosystem.
We built this program to open doors for early-career talent into the startup ecosystem and develop the next generation of professionals who can build, scale, and shape businesses. Founded in 2015 as a Section 8 not-for-profit, T-Hub pioneered India's public–private partnership model for innovation. Today it connects startups, corporates, investors, and mentors, with a global network.
The first cohort will have 8–10 Fellows.
What a Fellow learns
The program is built on an apprenticeship model designed to give deep, hands-on exposure across the following core areas. Startup Analysis & Sourcing Identifying startups across sectors, assessing their readiness and potential, and onboarding them into T-Hub's programs to build strong cohort pipelines.
Funding & Market Landscapes Tracking where capital and demand are moving across sectors, and turning that research into a clear view of which opportunities are worth building programs around.
Program Design & Partnerships Taking innovation programs to corporations and to national and international governments - scoping the challenge, shaping the offer, and turning a mandate into a program that runs.
Ecosystem Building & Events Growing the mentor, investor, and partner network around the campus, and owning the immersions, forums, and events where founders and ecosystem players actually meet.
By the end of two years, every Fellow should be able to demonstrate four capabilities.
Executive Presence Communicate with confidence, professionalism, and leadership maturity.
Business & Startup Acumen Understand how businesses operate, grow, and create value.
Ownership & Problem-Solving Take ownership, solve problems, and drive outcomes independently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work effectively across teams, functions, and stakeholders.
