Junior QS & Billing Engineer

Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Industry: Building / Civil Construction

Qualification : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed quantity measurements from drawings.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and verify client/subcontractor bills based on site measurements.
- Take site measurements and maintain proper measurement records.
- Assist in preparing RA Bills, work bills, and material reconciliation.
- Check quantities executed at site against approved drawings and BOQ.
- Coordinate with the Site, Planning, Execution,



and Accounts teams for billing requirements.
- Prepare quantity statements and supporting documents for billing.
- Monitor material consumption and assist in reconciliation.
- Assist in identifying variations and additional works.
- Maintain proper QS and billing documentation and records.
- Ensure bills are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
- Perform any other QS & Billing-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
