Role Description This is a full-time, in office Junior Engineering Trainee role based in Delhi, India. The trainee will support project engineers and site managers in planning, executing, and monitoring construction activities according to design specifications, safety norms, and quality standards.

Typical responsibilities include assisting with site inspections, documentation of daily work progress, measurement and verification of quantities, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as design, procurement, and quality. The role also involves learning and applying relevant codes and standards, participating in reviews and toolbox meetings,



and helping track resources, materials, and schedules. The position is designed to provide structured on-the-job training, enabling the trainee to build strong technical and project execution capabilities in a large-scale construction environment.

Qualifications

- Educational background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline (Bachelor’s or Diploma) from a recognized institution.
- Foundational knowledge of construction engineering concepts, project planning, and basic understanding of drawings and technical specifications.
- Ability to use essential engineering and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office; exposure to AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar software is an advantage).
- Strong observation, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail in measurements, documentation, and quality checks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and site workforce in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on construction sites, adapt to varying field conditions, and follow all safety and compliance requirements.
- High learning orientation, integrity, and commitment to meeting project timelines and standards; prior internship or project experience in construction is a plus.
