Role & responsibilities

- Strong knowledge of colour matching activities and ability to justify visual appearance.
- Hands-on experience with paint shop QC instruments such as X-Rite meter, gloss meter, etc., for measurement and analysis.
- Valuable understanding of bumper painting appearance defects and troubleshooting techniques.
- Thorough knowledge of the bumper painting process.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers regarding standards and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills using quality tools such as the 8D , Why why analysis , countermeasure preparation.
- Basic knowledge of bumper assembly processes.
- General Shift activities and control the three shift painting Process.
