Role Description The Junior Digital Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this position, the intern supports digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and email under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include assisting with content creation, scheduling and monitoring social media posts, collecting and analyzing web performance data, and helping optimize online campaigns for better engagement and conversions.





The intern also collaborates with the team to research market trends, prepare basic reports, and contribute ideas for improving client visibility and brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to support campaign execution across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to assist in campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and contribute to client-facing work.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing tools is beneficial.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow guidelines, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management platforms) is an advantage.
