– Junior Engineer (Civil) Company: Sukhnandan Singh Construction Position: Junior Engineer (Civil) Experience: Minimum 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: As per project requirement About the Role Sukhnandan Singh Construction is looking for an experienced and responsible Junior Engineer (Civil) to supervise and manage civil construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, site execution, quality control, and construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site activities. Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

Check quality of construction materials and workmanship. Prepare and maintain site records, measurements, daily progress reports, and other documentation. Take site measurements and assist in preparation of Measurement Books (MB), bills, and quantity calculations .

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project management teams. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards. Check quantities,



estimates, and material requirements. Maintain proper documentation of work completed and materials used. Report site progress and issues to senior management.

Eligibility &

Requirements Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site supervision. Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, measurements, and estimation.

Experience in handling contractors and manpower at construction sites. Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office will be preferred. Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work at project sites as required.
