Clayco Cosmetics is building a modern skincare brand around straightforward, gentle and effective beauty rituals — inspired by Japanese skincare philosophy and contemporary beauty culture.

We’re looking for a Brand & Marketing Associate who doesn’t just think about what to post , but thinks about what the brand should say, how it should feel and what consumers should remember.

What you’ll work on

• Build and strengthen Clayco’s brand voice, personality & communication

• Develop campaign concepts, brand stories & creative briefs

- Drive content across social, digital, e-commerce & consumer touchpoints

• Support product launches and 360° brand campaigns

- Work closely with creators, influencers, designers, photographers & agencies

• Ensure Clayco looks, sounds and feels consistent across every touchpoint

- Track consumer, beauty & cultural trends and turn them into brand opportunities
- Use consumer and campaign insights to continuously evolve the brand





We’re looking for someone who:

Thinks like a brand builder.

Has a strong eye for beauty, aesthetics and storytelling.

Understands culture, consumers and digital behaviour.

Can balance creative thinking with sharp execution.

And cares about the details that make a brand memorable.

You’ll help shape how the brand speaks, looks, feels and connects with its consumers.
