job Title: Junior Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.

- Support development of workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.

- Participate in requirement gathering and documentation.

- Provide support for ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.

- Perform testing (Unit Testing & UAT Support) and troubleshoot issues.

- Assist in preparing technical documentation and user guides.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT,



or related field.

- Basic understanding of ITSM concepts.

- Knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals.

- Understanding of databases and basic SQL concepts.

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification (or pursuing).

- Internship/Project experience in ServiceNow.

- Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
