Role Overview

As a Junior AI Engineer, you will work closely with senior AI architects, data engineers, product teams, and technology leaders to design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to build practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud-based AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

- Assist in developing AI and machine learning models for business use cases.
- Support data collection, preprocessing, transformation, and feature engineering activities.
- Participate in model training, testing, validation, and performance monitoring.
- Help optimize AI models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.

Generative AI & LLM Applications

- Build and test applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Assist in developing prompt engineering frameworks and AI workflows.
- Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.
- Experiment with AI agents and agentic workflows.

Software Development

- Develop APIs and backend services supporting AI applications.
- Integrate AI services with existing business systems and applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Research & Innovation

- Stay updated on emerging AI, GenAI, and Machine Learning technologies.
- Evaluate new AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.




- Contribute ideas and prototypes for innovative AI solutions.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project reviews.
- Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with relevant AI projects are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of Python programming.
- Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Familiarity with libraries such as:
- Scikit-learn
- Pandas
- NumPy
- TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of REST APIs and software development fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript development.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, API development, and microservices architecture.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM services using Node.js SDKs and REST APIs

AI & GenAI Knowledge





- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as:

- Azure OpenAI
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- Hugging Face

Cloud & Tools (Preferred)

- Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud fundamentals.
- Git/GitHub version control.
- Docker basics.
- CI/CD awareness.

Preferred Skills

- Experience through internships, university projects, hackathons, or personal AI projects.
- Understanding of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Exposure to RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of AI model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts.
