Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in the Pune Division.

The Junior

Architect will support senior architects in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating interior design details for commercial and residential projects. Daily responsibilities include producing CAD and BIM models, creating 2D/3D layouts, assisting with design presentations, and contributing to construction documentation. The role involves collaborating with project managers and consultants, supporting integration of structural, MEP, and interior elements, and helping track project progress against timelines and quality standards.

The Junior

Architect will also participate in site visits,



assist with design revisions based on stakeholder feedback, and ensure adherence to building codes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans and drawings.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and coordination with digital project platforms.
- Exposure to Project Management practices, including organizing tasks, tracking deliverables, and supporting communication among project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification; eligibility or intent to pursue professional licensure is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to colleagues and clients.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and adapt to evolving project requirements and design standards.
