Arch Point Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (APG) is a Jaipur-based architecture, interior design, and project management consultancy delivering end-to-end design and execution solutions across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our design team. The role involves supporting senior architects across design development, drawing production, and site coordination, while gaining hands-on exposure to live projects from concept through execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, working drawings, and design presentations under the guidance of senior architects.
- Support concept design, space planning, and 3D visualization for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
- Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit as required by the project.
- Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, and project management teams to ensure design consistency.
- Participate in site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site design queries.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation.
- Research design trends, materials,



and construction techniques to support project development.
- Ensure all drawings and documentation comply with statutory building norms and regulations.
- Support timely completion of deliverables in coordination with project timelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with solid portfolios are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (Lumion/V-Ray) preferred.
- Basic understanding of building codes, construction materials, and detailing.
- Strong sketching, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Jaipur/Rajasthan as required.
