We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Junior Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in developing their skills in data analysis, business reporting, research, and operational analytics.

As a Junior Analyst, you will support senior team members in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting information to help the organization make informed business decisions. You will work with different teams to prepare reports, monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various internal and external sources

Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency

Assist in preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports

Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, databases, and reporting documents

Track and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational indicators

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities

Support senior analysts with research and analytical projects

Use Microsoft Excel to organize, manipulate, and analyze business data

Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and analyze information from databases

Assist in creating dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Perform data quality checks and investigate inconsistencies

Prepare summaries and presentations based on analytical findings

Conduct basic market, competitor, customer, or operational research when required





Work with different departments to understand reporting and analytical requirements

Assist in improving existing reporting processes and workflows

Maintain proper documentation of datasets, reports, and analytical processes

Communicate important findings and observations to senior team members

Ensure confidential and business-sensitive information is handled appropriately

Complete assigned analytical tasks accurately and within deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, research, business operations, or a related field

Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects or internships are encouraged to apply

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Understanding of formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, filtering, sorting, and lookup functions

Basic knowledge of SQL

Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools

Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts

Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities

Excellent attention to detail

Strong research and problem-solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize and present information clearly

Good time management and task-prioritization skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
