As a Junior Architect at 25cube studio, you will work closely with senior architects and project leads through all phases of design and construction. You will play a key role in drafting, 3D visualization, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Assist in developing innovative architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design schemes.
- Technical Drawing: Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations using AutoCAD and Revit.
- 3D Visualization: Create high-quality 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize project outcomes.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and municipal drawing sets.
- Site Coordination: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Research: Stay updated on innovative materials,



and sustainable construction techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience (strong internship experience will be considered for exceptional freshers).
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in AutoCAD and Sketchup
- Robust 3D modeling skills in SketchUp.
- Rendering skills Enscape.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, InDesign and Illustator.
