JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT Company: Konark Weddings Location: Jaipur Employment Type: Full time Experience: 0–2 Years About the RoleKonark Weddings is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our finance and accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting fundamentals, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately. Handle accounts payable and receivable . Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents. Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations .

Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation. Assist with TDS calculations, deductions, and records . Coordinate with vendors for invoices, payments, and account statements. Maintain proper documentation of expenses and financial transactions.

Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports. Track outstanding payments and receivables. Support the senior accountant/finance team with audits and other accounting requirements.

Ensure accounting records are updated and properly organized.





Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field . 0–2 years of experience in accounting; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply. Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles . Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books or similar accounting software .

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets . Strong numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

PreferredExperience in event management, weddings, hospitality, or service-based businesses will be an advantage. Familiarity with vendor payments and project/event-wise expense tracking. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
