nRole: Junior Accountant

nLocation: Mumbai (Malad)

nKey Responsibilities

n

n Daily accounting entries in Tally

nRecording sales, purchases, vendor bills, and expenses

n Bank reconciliation and payment tracking

nManaging cash and settlement records from aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)

n Maintaining invoices, bills, and supporting documentation

nAssisting with GST data preparation and compliance support

n Vendor ledger reconciliation and follow-ups





nSupporting outlet-level accounting and stock-related entries

n Coordinating with operations teams for documentation and approvals

nAssisting the Senior Accountant and CFO team with MIS and reporting

n Handling basic administrative and finance coordination tasks

n

nRequirements

n

n1–3 years of accounting experience

n Good working knowledge of Tally

nBasic understanding of GST and accounting principles

n Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

nStrong attention to detail and accuracy

n Ability to manage multiple outlets/accounts systematically

nPrior experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or FMCG accounting is a plus
