We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant and Stock Management Executive to manage our day-to-day financial transactions and inventory operations. This role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, inventory control systems, and the ability to work closely with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (AP, AR, GL).
- Prepare and analyze financial reports including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage company accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Coordinate with external auditors for audits and tax filings.

Stock/Inventory Management Duties:

- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability and reduce overstock/stockouts.
- Record and track all stock movements including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.




- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for efficient stock handling.
- Generate stock reports and provide inventory analysis to management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in accounting and inventory/stock management (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
