Role: Junior Accountant

Location: Mumbai (Malad)

Industry: QSR / Food & Beverage / Cloud Kitchens

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Daily accounting entries in Tally

Recording sales, purchases, vendor bills, and expenses

Bank reconciliation and payment tracking

Managing cash and settlement records from aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)

Maintaining invoices, bills, and supporting documentation

Assisting with GST data preparation and compliance support

Vendor ledger reconciliation and follow-ups





Supporting outlet-level accounting and stock-related entries

Coordinating with operations teams for documentation and approvals

Assisting the Senior Accountant and CFO team with MIS and reporting

Handling basic administrative and finance coordination tasks

Requirements

1–3 years of accounting experience

Positive working knowledge of Tally

Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles

Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple outlets/accounts systematically

Prior experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or FMCG accounting is a plus
