Key Responsibilities:

- Create and edit Juki SMT machine programs for new and existing PCB assemblies.

- Program Juki KE-2080 pick-and-place machines.

- Convert and verify BOM, centroid/CPL and PCB data for programming.

- Assign component packages, feeders and machine coordinates.

- Optimize component placement sequence for cycle time and production efficiency.

- Perform feeder and component setup verification.

- Check component polarity, orientation and placement accuracy.

- Conduct first-off / first-piece verification before mass production.

- Troubleshoot placement errors, missing components and incorrect orientations.

- Coordinate with PCB Design, Production, Quality and Engineering teams.

- Support recent product introduction (NPI), changeovers and program modifications.

- Maintain and update SMT programs, component libraries and machine data.

- Ensure programs comply with DFM, quality and ESD requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
