Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Stores Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our Tiruvallur facility. In this role, you will oversee stock management, handle electrical components (conductors, insulators, cables), coordinate material dispatches to project sites, and maintain accurate inventory logs using MS Excel and inventory software.

Key Responsibilities

- Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of electrical materials and project equipment.
- Inventory Control: Implement inventory tracking systems, conduct stock reconciliations, and maintain accurate records of material movements to prevent discrepancies.
- Site Coordination: Liaise with procurement and site erection teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment to field locations.
- Storage Optimization: Maintain an organized,



labeled layout within the warehouse to optimize storage space and facilitate quick retrieval.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate inventory summary reports using MS Excel and log daily inward/outward registers.
- Safety & Maintenance: Ensure compliance with material handling safety standards and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on warehouse or stores management experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of electrical equipment (cables, conductors, insulators) and safe material-handling practices.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Excel and practical experience using inventory management software.
- Key Traits: Good leadership, clear communication, robust attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹9,306.29 - ₹26,898.29 per month
