Job Summary:

The Junior Technician – Solar is responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. This role involves working in office to ensure solar panels and related equipment are installed safely and operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation of solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, wiring, and mounting structures
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of solar panels
- Support troubleshooting and repair of system faults
- Assist in electrical connections and system testing
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Prepare basic reports on installation and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with senior technicians and engineers on-site





Required Qualifications:

- B.Tech/ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical wiring
- Freshers or 0–2 years of experience in solar or electrical field

Skills Required:

- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work at heights and outdoor environments
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic understanding of safety practices

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

- Experience in solar panel installation
- Knowledge of inverter systems and battery storage
- Valid electrical license (if applicable)

Working Conditions:
