Job Title: webMethods Administrator – Support Location: Notice Period: Experience: Company: Bangalore, Gurgaon (Onsite) Immediate Joiners Preferred 3–5 Years Giniminds We are looking for webMethods Administrators to join our Integration Practice support team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in installing, configuring, monitoring, and supporting IBM webMethods environments, with the ability to handle day-to-day administration, deployments, and incident resolution in production and non-production landscapes, and to assist in platform upgrade activities.

Key Responsibilities • Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring, and health checks of webMethods environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).

- Install, configure, and maintain webMethods components including:
- Integration Server (IS) • Universal Messaging (UM) • My webMethods Server (MWS) • Trading Networks (TN) • API Gateway & Portal • Broker to UM migrations • Manage package deployments across environments using wmDeployer / Asset Build Environment and maintain deployment records.
- Handle user, group, ACL, and certificate/keystore management; support SSL/TLS renewals and security patching.
- Monitor IS, UM, and MWS logs, JVM memory, thread usage, and queue backlogs; raise and resolve alerts proactively.
- Provide L1/L2 production support: incident triage, root cause analysis, service restarts, and escalation to development teams.
- Apply fixes, patches, and hotfixes as per IBM/Software AG guidelines and change management process.
- Support upgrade and migration activities: environment preparation, pre/post-upgrade validation,



and regression checks.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, and application teams for environment issues and planned maintenance.
- Maintain administration runbooks, SOPs, environment inventories, and shift handover reports.
- Participate in rotational shifts / on-call support as required for production coverage.

Required Skills • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IBM webMethods administration (versions 9.x / 10.x); exposure to 11.x is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of Integration Server administration: packages, ports, scheduler, JDBC pools, extended settings, and clustering.
- Working knowledge of Universal Messaging (channels, queues, realms), MWS, and Trading Networks administration.
- Experience with wmDeployer, package promotion, and fix/patch installation using Update Manager.
- Good Linux administration skills (file systems, processes, shell scripting) and basic SQL (Oracle / MS SQL).
- Ability to analyse server logs, thread dumps, and audit logs for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Good communication skills and willingness to work onsite in shifts. Positive to Have • Exposure to at least one webMethods upgrade or Broker to UM migration.
- Knowledge of API Gateway administration, Terracotta, and monitoring tools (Optimize, Grafana, Splunk, or similar).
- Experience with Jenkins / Git-based automated deployments.
- Software AG / IBM webMethods Administration certification.

Pay: ₹317,100.39 - ₹1,387,045.46 per year
