We are looking for an HR Data Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage HR and client-related data, prepare reports, analyse business/HR metrics, and support administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage, update, and maintain employee and client databases accurately.

•⁠ ⁠Perform client data entry and ensure data quality and completeness.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

•⁠ ⁠Analyse HR, employee, and client data to identify trends, gaps, and insights.

•⁠ ⁠Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, Google Sheet, and tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Create Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, dashboards, and other Excel reports.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain attendance, leave, employee, and other HR-related trackers.

•⁠ ⁠Manage procurement and inventory of stationery,



office supplies, pantry items, groceries, and other daily-use materials.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in HR & Data Analytics, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of relevant experience in HR data, MIS, data analysis, operations, or administration.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.

•⁠ ⁠Valuable analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in healthcare, nutrition, wellness, or service-based organizations is an added advantage.
