Job Summary

Fixonnest Solution is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Java Developer to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications while working closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and a passion for software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards.
- Participate in software design, development, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business and technical requirements.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
- Perform unit testing and support integration testing activities.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Follow SDLC processes and software development best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Understanding of Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and JDBC.
- Basic knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Web Services.
- Knowledge of SQL and Database Management Systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application concepts.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, BCA, MCA, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant Java development experience can apply.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the office in Pune.
