Role Description:

This is a full-time employment role, based in the Nashik area, with occasional site-visit work as required. The role involves supporting day-to-day construction site visits, coordinating with site supervisors, contractors, and builders, and communicating the company's products and services to relevant stakeholders.

The successful candidate will assist with basic documentation and reporting, liaise with internal teams, and take ownership of drafting quotations, managing follow-ups, and handling customer engagement.

Candidates must have their own vehicle for travel between sites. A travel allowance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and support communication between the company and on-site personnel
- Liaise with site supervisors, contractors,



and builders to ensure smooth project coordination
- Present company products and services to clients and site stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Draft quotations and manage timely follow-ups
- Support customer engagement and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project requirements

Qualifications

- Understanding of basic construction concepts and the ability to grasp ongoing project details, with strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and safety practices, along with a willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other site personnel
- Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel) for reporting and record-keeping
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred; an MBA in Marketing is considered a strong plus
- Prior experience or internship in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Must own a personal vehicle for site travel
