AI-ML, Data Science)
- Enthusiastic in Research & Development in IT and allied subjects
- Helping in student counseling and converting the enquiries to registration
- Handling pre & post training queries, inquiries, and complaints
- Mentoring students and inspire them to become tech-savvy
- Molding the students towards workmanship
- Maintain a positive rapport with students at all time
- Take proactive steps to mitigate the problems based on the feedbacks or gut-feelings.
- Helping the mobilization team in technical presentations and query handling
- Present about organization and its courses and other related activities to the clients
- Helping in managing social media activities of the organization
- Scheduling and coordinating the academic deliverables
- Maintaining good relationship with students and generate references for upcoming classes
- Helping in placement activities of the students
- Developing & maintaining the deliverables for the course subjects. (Content Development)
- Helping the administration and documentation for quality control and assurance.
- Conducting internal training for junior trainers and upskill the organizational staff
- Timely reporting about the activities through the right format or applications
- Any other task given by the reporting manager from time to time
Preferred candidate profile -Passion for teaching and student mentoring & development
- Must have worked with Application Development, SQL and NoSQL Database Management
- Must have experience in Project based training with case study handling
- Experience in working in industry will be an added advantage.
- Good Analytical & Problem-Solving Skill
- Ability to analyze market trends and create new training methodology
- Good class room management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills
- Good hands on with MS-Office, App development with Python, Java, C/C++, Database Creation and
