About the Job The primary responsibilities for the Information Technology (IT) Technician position are the maintenance and repair of computer hardware/software in a break/fix workplace.As IT Technician, You Will… Install and test workstations (break/fix), fix performance issues, diagnose/replace hardware-related problems

Ensure workstations are functional (computer hardware peripherals/components) and communicate properly on the network

Troubleshoot/report specific line of business program issues

Be accountable for tracking and organization of physical hardware

Be clean and organized within the IT department

Provide support for the IT Department with multiple projects as required As IT Technician, You Have… High School diploma or equivalent
