nJOB DESCRIPTION

nHill Spring International School is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure/IT Services Incharge to oversee and manage the school’s IT systems, infrastructure, and services. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless operation of all technology-related resources, support the academic and administrative staff, and enhance the learning environment through reliable and innovative IT solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an educational setting.

nQualifications and Skills:

nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field.

nCertifications: CCNA, Microsoft Certified Professional, or equivalent.

nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in managing VMWare, Windows Client and Servers AD, Desktop and Laptop systems, Cisco L2/L3 switches, Enterprise Wireless systems and Firewall,



Working with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and cloud-based systems, Database systems such as SQL and other leading meta data storage technologies (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Practical experience of Windows Server 2012/ Windows 10 and above, Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices (firewalls, antivirus, etc.). Familiarity with educational software and out of classroom technologies (e.g., LMS, Teams, Google Classroom) and hardware (smartboards, CCTV and GPS tracking).

nSoft Skills:

nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

nExcellent communication skills to interact with non-technical staff, students, Parent’s and vendors.

nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.

n

nWork experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or IT services, preferably in an educational institution.
