Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT Support Executive / VICIdial Specialist with robust practical experience in VICIdial, VoIP/SIP, computer hardware, networking, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, configure, administer and troubleshoot VICIdial/Call Center Dialer.
- Handle campaigns, users, agents, lists, dispositions, call routing and dialing settings.
- Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, trunks, extensions, call connectivity and audio issues.
- Manage call recordings, reports, system configurations, backups and maintenance.
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, headsets and other IT hardware.
- Install/configure Windows, software, drivers and antivirus.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, DNS and DHCP.




- Maintain IT assets and provide day-to-day technical support to employees.

Requirements

- 25 years of practical IT Support experience.
- Hands-on VICIdial experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of VICIdial administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Positive understanding of VoIP, SIP, networking and computer hardware.
- Knowledge of Linux/VICIdial server environment preferred.
- CCTV/NVR/DVR knowledge will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
