About the Role

Ajfan International LLP is looking for a skilled and responsible IT Support Executive to provide technical support across retail stores, offices, and operational locations. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, POS, and other IT-related issues to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level IT support to stores and office employees.
- Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Support retail POS systems, billing systems, barcode scanners, and receipt printers.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, routers, switches, and basic networking issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical issues.
- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, and software.
- Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within the required timeline.
- Assist with CCTV, biometric attendance,



and other store technology where required.
- Ensure regular backups, system updates, and basic IT security practices.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to retail outlets.
- Prepare basic IT reports and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in IT support, retail IT, POS support, or technical support will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Knowledge of POS/billing systems is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to and support multiple retail locations.
- Keralite candidates preferred.
