We are looking for an IT Operations & Admin Executive to manage user lifecycle, identity & access, endpoints, and day-to-day IT operations across Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools. The role focuses on ensuring secure access, smooth IT operations, and a solid end-user experience. Microsoft Entra ID

(MFA, RBAC, SSO, Conditional Access) Handle

Windows & macOS device management using MDM tools (Intune/Jamf) Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, and access issues Manage SaaS applications, SSO integrations, and license optimization Maintain

IT asset inventory and handle procurement & audits Automate workflows using

Power Automate / PowerShell / scripting Ensure security, compliance, and zero access leakage Support basic network operations (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity)



Maintain documentation, SOPs, and access records Requirements 2-4 years of experience in IT Operations / IT Administration Strong hands-on experience with

Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Solid understanding of

IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC) Experience managing

Windows & Mac environments Familiarity with

SaaS tools, endpoint management, and MDM solutions Basic scripting knowledge (

PowerShell or similar
