We need someone with 1 -4 years experience SOURCING CVS for various positions in IT across all functions and domains (Software Development, Testing, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Networking, Cyber Security, ERP, IT Infrastructure, etc.)

You have a outstanding understanding of various IT job roles and technologies and to SOURCE from First competitor list and subsequently has good experience to SOURCE CVS from Similar industry





Our Recruitment teams are siloed as per the specific competency required for each job role such as:

Sourcer

- Will source CVs for various positions from Job Portals Naukri and LinkedIn

Recruiter

- Will engage with candidates already Sourced by the SOURCER

Team Leader

- Engages with candidates for Senior position and Leads the team of Sourcer & Recruiters

CRM/Account Manager

- Basically Client front ending and interaction role
