Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions.

- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

- Screen candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, location, CTC, and notice period.

- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates' suitability for the role.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.

- Negotiate salary and manage offer-related discussions.





- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Meet assigned recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT)

Required Skills

- Experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.

- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean Search.

- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and MIS reporting.
